The Top 5 Creatures I Hate!

5. Starfish

Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against fish. Just starfish. Who do they think they are?

4. Cockroaches

They can live through nuclear wars and haven't needed to evolve for the past 500 million years. A massive cockroach ran down my body when I was in bed and I now live in fear every night, and they don't even have them here in the UK.

3. Sloths

Lazy bastards!

2. Spiders

What can I say! As everyone knows, they are spy cameras sent by aliens and they use fear waves to protect themselves. Freaky buggers!

1. Hamsters

Why were these invented? They are severely crap. Why can't we buy them on sticks at the supermarket in different flavours? They are worse than Hobbits!

What do you think?

The Bloggers I Love!

I have had a couple of complaints that I have been moaning about blogs with my last weblog and so here I will give my favourite types of blogs.

  1. Blogs that make me laugh. I love most to chuckle and anybody that has the amazing ability to write in a funny way gets my thumbs up. Fazed and Rob in China are two of them.

  2. Blogs that inform me of exciting new sites. It was Atariboy that informed me of BlogMad and look what that has happened to my life recently!

  3. Blogs that talk about something original. Tonight I read tinyblob - It is a really well written site that, if you can be bothered to read it, educates and enlightens.

What do you think?

The Bloggers I Hate!

Having searched many blogs, there are four types that bug me. They are:

1. Diaries - Why do I want to know what you have done today. I don't care whether you met Jane and what she thought of Tom Cruise or how much weight you lost today.

2. Bush and how much you hate him. We all know you have read Moore and are very interested in poor people, but...

3. People who want to kill themselves. Take up meditation or read a good book.

4. The people the write crap poetry...

If you saw what my mind sees,
The pain that I suffer,
Death,
Povery,
Lonliness.

If you are one of these people, then please stop blogging!

Top 10 Lads Toys of the Eighties - Which Was Your Favourite?

If you were a lad of the 80's you will probably remember many of these. If you weren't, check them out anyway. These were the 80's best toys for lads:

10. Buckaroo

Hang loads of items from the bucking plastic horse and as more stuff gets put on, the likelihood of bucking increases. A tense and exciting classic - and a bit crap!

9. Electronic Battleships

Just like paper battleships but with flashing lights and sound effects. Wonderful.

8. Rubik's Cube

"The brain teaser to end all brain teaser puzzles, you had a 6 colored cube which you had to reorganize. You could either peel off the stickers or pull it apart with pliers if you gave up. " - inthe80s

7. Spirograph

I used to take this out once in a while when I was a kid and draw lots of crazy circles. Not sure why.

6. Big Trak

This was my first real geek toy. Before I got my Commodore 64 and Atari ST, this was the first thing I ever programmed. It was kinda boring, but the photo brings back loadsa memories. Ah - I was happy then!

5. Twister

What a game. So simple and yet so much fun. Especially as you got a bit older!

4. Evel Kneivel Stunt Bike

This is one of my earliest memories - Evel Kneivel Stunt Bike, a pull back and rev toy with stunt loop the loop plastic strip.

3. Star Wars Action Figures

The number of hours I spent with Luke, Chewy and my big Millenium Falcon.. Some people saved there figures to sell when they were old. Sad gits! This one has gone for US$400!

2. Tranformers

......robots in disguise!
1. Atari

Can you remember playing Pacman and Frogger. Take your mind back to the excitement of shifting10 pixels around with a stick. You young whipper-snappers might not understand it now, but in those days, Atari was king!

You'll find an emulator here.

Thankyou to inthe80's who I unashamedly nicked much of the above. If you are into the 80's, check them out. Thye have everything from music and TV to movies and fashion. Lovely Jubbly!

Moon Amtrak Trains - Fantastic Fun for All

Rabbletease has pointed out this first-rate site. Fot the past 27 years, a big group of people have grouped together on an annual basis. The reason they have got together is so that everytime an Amtrak train goes past them they all line up and show their nether-cheeks to the passenegers.

Just imagine it - You are sat on a train, slightly bored, you look out of the window and there are 50 people all mooning you! Well, it makes me smile.

Check out the baby!!

Thanks RabbleTease!

Fun Things to Do in an Elevator

Enforce a group hug.

Push a button, pretend it gave you a shock. Smile and go back for more.

Stare, grinning, at another passenger for a while, and then announce: "I've got new socks on!"

While the doors are opening, hurriedly whisper, "Hide it. quick!" then whistle innocently.

Frown and mutter "gotta go, gotta go" then sigh and say "oops!"
